How to update podcast / episode titles, image, descriptions, email, website...

Like other podcast apps, Listen Notes syndicates info from your RSS feed. So you have to update in your own RSS feed first.

After you update info in your RSS feed, our system should be able to pick up those changes once you publish a new episode.

But you may want to see changes on the Listen Notes website immediately. There are two ways:

Approach 1 (Recommended): If you've claimed your podcast page on Listen Notes (How to claim your podcast), you can click "Refresh RSS" button on your podcast's manage page to do a full refresh (where's the manage page).

Approach 2: You can email us (hello@listennotes.com) with the Listen Notes url of your podcast. We'll do a full RSS refresh to sync up.
